Our Story

A developer, not a dealer

Founded in 2012 in Enugu after our founder watched close friends lose millions to Omonile and fake documents. We decided to do it differently.

We don't buy bush and resell with fine graphics. We buy land we have personally walked during the heaviest rains. We verify at the Ministry of Lands. We commission a registered survey. We build the internal road first — yes, before we sell. Then we allocate. No stories.

Our promise is simple: If we wouldn't build our family home there, we won't sell it to you. That's why our estates are opposite Coal City University, inside Trans-Ekulu, at Centenary City, and New Independence Layout — places we know will appreciate because we would live there.
